or Thermal pictures are showing colors blue and black as
cold infiltration into a warm house
Gabled Ends: Many
builders do not insulate these area's properly causing large
amount of infiltration
Knee Walls: Even
though the attic side of the knee wall is insulated barriers
to prevent attic air from flowing into the spaces between
the studs have not been installed correctly.
Foundation Sill Plates: The wood
frame and the concrete foundation wall typically isn’t air
tight.

ducts, and chimneys.

fans. Heat from the bulb rises through the fixture, creating
a draft of air.
