contractors who can do the repairs. Once the repairs are
complete, we will rescan the repairs to see if the
problem had been taken care of.
We use highly precise infrared system called the FLIR
EX320. This advanced imaging system can see the effects
of heat and cold, plus, the ability to measure
temperature without contact on the surface of the

We use the Minneapolis Blower Door which
is a calibrated fan that measures the amount of air
exchange per hour in your home. With the help of
software, we also can calculate what part of your energy
bill is being lost to air infiltration and what you
could be saving.
We provide a report with a picture of the hotspot in
Infrared and also a visual with detailed information. We
also provide a DVD showing the problem areas to the
contractor or who ever will be doing your repairs.
